About the Parish News MagazineThe Parish News has been produced for well over 30 years. Between 650-700 copies of the Parish News monthly magazine are distributed each month to homes within the parishes of St Mawgan-in-Pydar, St Ervan and St Eval and via the post as far afield as Crete. Although the Parish News was founded by members of the Parish Churches, it aims to inform and entertain readers in over 40 pages with every aspect of life within the area. There are no paid staff; the production and equipment costs are covered by the cover charge, annual subscriptions and advertising revenue. The members of the team are shown below and relevant copy should be sent to the individual Sub-editor.
Deadline for copy for the printed magazine is 14th of the preceding month. The printing is done by a willing band of volunteers each month co-ordinated by Chris ErringtonIf you would like to be a part of the team that edits, prints, collates, staples and distributes the Parish News send an email to Chris whose email address is michaelerrington@btinternet.com If you would like to subscribe to the printed version, we deliver each month to properties within the three parishes, or we can arrange a UK postal subscription.
